Pauline Conway, NP

Primary Care Provider
Background & Experience I’m a lifelong resident of Great Falls and have been a practicing nurse for 36 years, with the last 9 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Throughout my career, I’ve gained extensive experience in critical care, cardiac care, senior care, and endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid and parathyroid conditions, and osteoporosis. I spent 25 years at Benefis Health Systems, where I worked across a variety of settings including Medical/Telemetry, Cardiac Care, the Operating Room, and Senior Care for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease. My passion lies in helping people improve their health and overall wellness. I take a whole-person approach to care, working to uncover the root causes of health challenges and partnering with patients to find sustainable solutions. I believe in listening first—understanding each individual’s story—so I can offer guidance and support that empowers them to manage their health with confidence. Interests Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love the outdoors—fishing, hunting, and camping are some of my favorite activities. I share these adventures with my husband, Bill, and our yellow lab, Kara. I also cherish every moment with my two daughters and their families. My grandchildren, Emmett and Amoura, hold a special place in my heart and bring so much joy to my life.
