Background & Experience
Michelle Martell is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in nursing and a deep commitment to senior care. She began her nursing career in 2002 after earning her associate degree from Great Basin College and spent five years serving rural communities in Nevada. After relocating to the Billings area in 2006, she worked at a local hospital for nearly 18 years, gaining experience across a variety of clinical settings. She later earned both her Baccalaureate and Master’s degrees in Nursing Education from Western Governors University, followed by a post-master’s certificate in Primary Care Adult-Gerontology from South University in Savannah, Georgia.
Her career includes roles in occupational health at Exxon and primary care in a rural skilled nursing facility, where she discovered her passion for working with the geriatric population. She is a strong advocate for aging adults and is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care that supports their health, independence, and quality of life.
