Comprehensive Fall-Risk Assessments for Seniors

Join us for a Fall Prevention & Wellness Screening Event in partnership with the University of Mary Occupational Therapy Program and North 40 Physical Therapy. Seniors in the community are invited to attend on Wednesday, October 29th in the afternoon to receive fall-risk assessments, personalized guidance, and helpful resources to support their health and safety. A team of seven trained OT students, along with professionals from North 40 Physical Therapy, will provide screenings, handouts, and practical tips to help reduce fall risks and promote overall wellness. This event is at no cost, accessible, and designed to empower seniors to stay active, safe, and independent.
