David Dean Buys is a healthcare professional with over 29 years of experience across Family Practice, Pediatrics, Rheumatology, Geriatrics, and Urgent Care. Dean’s medical journey began in the United States Air Force as a Medic/EMT, later graduating from the Physician Assistant program at St. Louis University in 1996.
Throughout Dean’s career, he has served diverse populations including Native American communities in Arizona and Idaho, and Alaska Inuit Natives in the remote village of Golovin, AK. In 2024, Dean was nationally recognized by the Department of Indian Health Services with the National Director’s Award, honoring years of service to indigenous communities and military contributions.
