Heather Richards

Background & Experience I was born and raised in Missoula, MT, and started with Greater Good Health in October of 2023. I graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, although I did all my coursework on the University of Montana campus. I am a Registered Nurse and passionate about caring for our community. Before joining Greater Good Health, I worked for 15 years in adult acute care and hospital leadership. I saw countless incidences where quality outpatient primary care could have prevented a hospital stay for our seniors. While working as a nursing director, I obtained my MBA in Healthcare Management. Fostering teamwork, creating exceptional patient experience, and being a foundation for senior care in Missoula is my mission. I am so excited to be a part of Greater Good Health! Interests I enjoy spending time with my husband, two teenage daughters, and dog, Penny.  We enjoy soaking up the sun on our boat or playing in the snow at Seeley Lake.  When not at the lake, you can find me in a gym watching Taylor play volleyball or outside cheering Charli on in softball.  I also enjoy traveling, hiking, and new adventures. Fun Fact I never set my alarm to a time that ends in a zero or 5.  I also won a trip to Hawaii for my honeymoon.
