Pauline Conway, NP

Background & Experience Pauline Conway is a lifelong Great Falls resident and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over three decades of nursing experience. She began her career in critical and cardiac care and has since developed deep clinical expertise in senior care and endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid and parathyroid conditions, and osteoporosis. She spent 25 years at Benefis Health Systems, where she worked across diverse settings such as Medical/Telemetry, Cardiac Care, the Operating Room, and Senior Care for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease. Dedicated to a whole-person approach, Pauline is passionate about uncovering the root causes of health challenges and empowering patients to take charge of their wellness.
