With nearly three decades of experience in value-based healthcare organizations, Tyler is a medical executive and board-certified Internal Medicine physician who has dedicated his career to enhancing the quality of patient care while stewarding healthcare resources effectively. His belief in the importance of restoring empathy and compassion in healthcare has been a guiding principle throughout his extensive leadership journey. For nearly 20 years, Tyler played a pivotal role at HealthCare Partners Medical Group, ultimately serving as the National Chief Medical Officer, where he was instrumental in shaping the organization’s approach to patient-centered care. He then served as the Chief Medical Officer of Molina, California, for two years, where he continued his commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare. Most recently, he spent five years as the Chief Medical Officer of Iora-One Medical Senior Care, focusing on innovative, patient-centered care models for seniors. Tyler’s leadership is marked by a steadfast dedication to improving patient outcomes and fostering a more compassionate healthcare system.
Interests
Tyler loves spending time with his 3 daughters and wife, cheerleading his kids through school and off to college. He’s a Dodger fan, loves to run, travel, and enjoys world history.

Tyler’s first job was at his parent’s restaurant at the front counter. He also trained in Pulmonary and Critical Care.
